We are in the middle of a major transformation as we are currently in the process of ascension, which means that Earth is shifting from a lower vibration to a higher one.  The shift will affect everyone, everywhere, and we want you to be prepared.

We know that many of you may be confused about what this means and how it will affect your lives. We want to help clear up any confusion by providing some basic information about what is going on and what to expect from this transition.

First, let's talk about what 5d actually means: 5d is an energetic shift that occurs when humans move from one vibrational level (3d) into another vibrational level (5d). This means that when we reach 5d, our bodies will adjust their frequencies so they resonate with each other more closely than they do now.

This change will make all aspects of life easier for humans who have already made the transition--including physical health and mental clarity--but also affects everyone who has not yet made this transition! It's important for everyone who wants to stay healthy throughout their life cycle to make sure they're taking care of themselves now while they can still do so.
